BUYER BEWARE OF ANY COMPANY STILL SELLING ROCK-OLA JUKEBOXES!

Alexander Walder-Smith main company "The Games Room Company" filed for Bankruptcy recently!

He also owns Rock-Ola, BUYER BEWARE!

This is why they don't bother to answer all the bad reviews because they most likely to GO BANKRUPT as well!

Any Rock-Ola dealer should already know this. If they don't, then they have not sold any jukeboxes to know this. If so, then they really must not care, BUYER BEWARE!

Alexander Walder-Smith and his personal assistant/only sales rep Cherone are liars!

Even if Rock-Ola or one of their  DEALERS have a jukebox sitting in stock, why would someone want to buy a product from a company that is intentionally ripping people off? All you are doing is feeding into the ongoing continuation of what could ultimately end up as a PONZIE SCHEME?

Additionally, if and when Rock-Ola goes bankrupt or taken down by the United States government, what would you do when that jukebox FINALLY breaks down and needs parts or service?

Any company still selling these could end up being charged as a co-conspirator along with Alexander Walder-Smith and his company

Advertising "out of stock" means you are still selling them if and whenever they are back in stock which they never are since they take 1-2 years to ship or NEVER SHIP!

Bought a 90th anniversary jukebox

Bought a 90th anniversary jukebox. Did not work right from day 1. This company will run you around and quit responding. Paid $12k for a box and ended up having an outside source getting it to work and was lied to many times.

Date of purchase: June 20, 2024

However, the last 90th anniversary was purchased in 2021, so does that mean Rock-Ola made more of the limited additions than advertised???

STILL NO ANSWERS FROM Rock-Ola

Still no answers from Rock-Ola. As per our previous review, we were promised a new ship date (July) for our orders and they haven't been met once again. Since then, we haven't heard back from Rock-Ola, we've sent dozens of emails and have called their offices but they're not answering anymore. They initially refused to refund the money stating the jukeboxes were almost completed and ready to ship. This does not make any sense and after reading reviews all over online it appears to be a company that doesn't fulfill orders and only keeps the money. We have already talked to our lawyer and will be taking legal action against them with all the evidence gathered and will be paying a visit to their Torrance, CA location in the next week. No company should be treating customers this way. This is UNNACEPTABLE. Please do your research online and do not buy from them until they resolve all the claims/unfulfilled orders they have for years.

I put 60% down on a ROCKOLA 90th anniversary jukebox in 2022 and never received the jukebox, never heard from the company and they never return my calls or emails. Then the weird thing is I did some digging around speaking to some other dealers and a person on ROCKOLA'S chat. They did not know who I was stating all the 90th editions were sold out in 2020!After all, im about in my 80's and a retired Vietnam Vet and I guess trusting am **************** like ROCKOLA got the best of me.

On September 17th, 2021, I place a deposit of $******** down in good faith with ***************************, Rock-Ola Mfg.
